Our program is organized around three distinct Fitness Systems, all personally designed by Fitness Director Gene Cisneros. Each System addresses a specific fitness goal and includes its own unique menu of exercises and equipment. The results of your Exercise or combination of Systems is best for you. |

By combining aerobic activities which burn fat and resistance exercises on Hydra fitness machines which increase lean body weight, optimum body fat percentages are most efficiently achieved and maintained. |

System III: Weight Management / Hydra / Free Weights |

Maintain optimum body fat percentage and increase muscle definition through the use of barbells and dumbbells in conjunction with aerobic ergometers and Hydra fitness machines offering accommodating resistance. |
